The Energy of Receiving
Receiving is an act of courage. It asks you to believe that you are worthy of good things, that blessings want to find you, and that the universe responds to openness. Many of us are great at giving, but struggle to receive. This week, your yoga practice helps you expand, soften, and let abundance flow.
